Night Auditor Duties
* Guest Assistance – Providing a warm welcome, handling late check‑ins and early departures, and assisting guests with any inquiries or requests.
* Security & Safety – Conducting regular patrols of the hotel to ensure guest safety and the security of the premises.
* Housekeeping & Maintenance – Ensuring public areas are clean and tidy, addressing minor maintenance issues, and reporting larger concerns to management.
* Reception & Administration – Managing reservations, handling payments, answering calls, and maintaining accurate records.
* Food & Beverage Service – Preparing and serving light refreshments or room service orders as required.
Required Skills
* Customer Service – Friendly and professional approach with strong communication skills.
* Problem‑Solving – Ability to handle guest concerns efficiently and calmly.
* Attention to Detail – Ensuring hotel standards are maintained throughout the night.
* Reliability & Initiative – Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
* Basic IT & Admin Skills – Comfortable using booking systems and processing transactions.
