About The Role
Role & Responsibilities:
You will be the main point of contact for our customers during their car buying experience, so it’s essential that you provide excellent service every time. You will be determining a customer's needs and be able to offer advice, guidance and product knowledge. It is, therefore, important that you are comfortable interacting and quickly building rapport with existing and new customers and also with colleagues in your team.
Person Specification:
This role requires you to be professional, have a smart professional appearance and have high standards of verbal and written communication.
Essential Criteria:
* A full UK driving licence
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* At least 2 A Levels or equivalent qualification
* Previous work experience
* IT skills, (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
* GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
* Flexible to work hours required to carry out the role effectively and travel (to the training sessions)
