We are looking for a dedicated and resilient PMLD SEND Teaching Assistant to support children with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties at a specialist school in the heart of Dudley. This full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a nurturing, hands-on environment where every small step is a huge achievement.
You’ll be working closely with children who may have physical disabilities, sensory impairments, and complex medical needs, providing one-to-one and small group support. Personal care and assisting with mobility and communication may be part of your daily responsibilities, so a positive, respectful and proactive
approach is essential.

**Role Requirements**
8. Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning or Equivalent Level 3 UK Educational qualification is required.
9. Previous experience working in Educational is desirable.
10. Previous experience working with PMLD or Complex Needs.
11. A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom
12. An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
13. Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education.
