About NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde

2. Post 2: 19.5 hours, Wed & Thu 08:00-14:00, Fri 08:00-16:00
3. Post 3: 14.5 hours, Mon & Fri 08:00-15:45
4. Post 4: 14.5 hours, Thu & Fri 08:00-15:45
Please note: The salary is pro-rata for part-time hours.
Job Responsibilities
This role supports effective clinical care by providing an efficient Health Records service in a ward environment. Responsibilities include ensuring patient health records are accurately administered, confidential, and accessible. The post involves covering multiple wards as needed, with duties such as patient reception, answering calls, booking appointments, and maintaining demographic data on the patient management system.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous clerical/reception experience and customer service experience working with the public are essential.
* Good organizational, keyboard, and communication skills are required, along with proficiency in computer systems.
This is a GGC-wide post, initially based at QEUH, with potential relocation to other locations.
