Our client, a leading food manufacturer in Newcastle Emlyn, is looking for a finance all-rounder to join their team ASAP. You'll be the backbone of their daily finance operations, covering both Purchase and Sales Ledgers, stock administration, and general office support. What you'll be doing: Processing orders into invoices, managing credit notes, handling customer account holds, and reconciling intercompany sales. Processing supplier invoices, handling expenses, resolving discrepancies, and preparing payment runs in SAP. Accurately entering production data into SAP Business One and assisting with month-end stock takes. Managing office supplies, answering and directing incoming calls, reconciling petty cash, and providing essential cover for colleagues. What you'll bring: Proven experience working in an accounts or finance office environment. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency. Strong organisational skills and a track record of meeting deadlines. A flexible and adaptable approach to varied tasks. An AAT part-qualification is desirable, though relevant experience is key.
