**Position: Prescribing Clinical Pharmacist****Type: Permanent** **Location: Near Norwich** A PCN group in Norwich is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join their team permanently. The role involves working across two closely located sites. The practice has been rated "Good" by the CQC and offers a supportive and well-led team environment. This permanent role offers full-time hours, with flexibility as an option. The successful candidate will work independently across two sites, providing care for patients with minor illnesses and long-term conditions. Primary care experience, non-medical prescribing qualifications, and GPHC registration are preferred. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will receive a competitive Band 7/8A salary, 25 days of annual leave (pro-rata), bank holidays off, NHS Pensions, and the opportunity to work in a CQC-rated "Good" surgery. Responsibilities include medication reviews, medicine management and optimization, prescribing, handling repeat prescriptions, minor illness assessment, and managing long-term conditions. The combined patient list size of the surgeries is approximately 22000, and a supportive clinical and non-clinical team will assist you in adapting to your new role.
