Assistant Restaurant Managers support the Restaurant Manager and partner in all aspects of running the business. The role focuses on providing customers with great food and a friendly experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that aims to live more, love more and enjoy more.
Responsibilities
- Guide and coach Shift Leaders and Team Members in-store and provide feedback to the Restaurant General Manager (RGM).
- Drive operational standards, nurture team members, and contribute to sales growth and opportunities.
- Support day-to-day store operations and maintain a positive, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Management experience is preferred but not required.
- Able to learn and pursue a career in quick-service restaurant (QSR).
- Willingness to grow and progress to the next role.
