About the Role:Were looking for a dynamicRetrofit Coordinatorto take the lead onclient-facing retrofit projects, with a particular focus onmodelling, data interpretation, and special project delivery. This is afast-paced, hands-on rolewhere youll act as atrusted advisorto our clients helping them navigate the technical, regulatory, and delivery aspects of PAS-compliant retrofit programmes.
Youll be a key link between our technical teams, delivery partners, and clients, ensuring every project meets the highest standards ofquality, compliance, and performance.
What Youll Be Doing:
 * Acting as themain point of contactfor clients, building strong, trusted relationships.
 * Leading and coordinatingretrofit modellinganddata-driven assessments.
 * Overseeingspecial projectsthat push the boundaries of innovation and sustainability.
 * Ensuring compliance withPAS 2035and associated quality processes.
 * Working closely with external stakeholders, contractors, and assessors.
 * Supporting continuous improvement and technical excellence across the business.
 * Providing insights and guidance to clients on programme strategy, technical decisions, and delivery challenges.
About You:
 * Experienced Retrofit Coordinator (or similar role) with strong understanding ofPAS processes.
 * Excellent client-facing skills confident, credible, and solutions-focused.
 * Strong background inmodelling, data interpretation, and project delivery.
 * Comfortable managing multiple priorities in afast-moving environment.
 * Passionate aboutenergy efficiency,building performance, andsustainability.
 * A natural collaborator who enjoys problem-solving and making an impact.
