Tetra Tech is seeking an IT Support Engineer to support our team onsite in Scotland. Our preference of location is Glasgow however we are open to discussing the possibility of working in Edinburgh for the right candidate. We have flexible working opportunities, including part time roles, to ensure a balance of family and working life.
This role is an onsite office-based role. You will provide support across our 6 offices in Scotland (Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen) and there will be travel of approx. 25%. A full driving licence is required.
This role will be a standalone IT role for our offices in Scotland (~300 staff). You will be part of a larger IT team of 20 people in the UK with support, career advancement and team collaboration available to you. This is a great opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career looking to take a next step to a role with standalone responsibility.

1. Providing onsite support to assigned offices, working with business stakeholders to proactively improve IT systems and support.
2. Diagnose and fix hardware, software, and network problems for users.
