Your work as an Ada's Army Digital Superstar for The Peoples Hub will have a direct, tangible impact on our mission to advance women's rights. Your creative and digital expertise will drive our advocacy forward. Your visuals—images, educational animations, and cartoons—will be the first thing people see, translating our message into a clear, relatable, and shareable format that resonates with our community. Your work will amplify voices of survivors and advocates, reach new audiences on social media, and help build a stronger, more informed movement. In short, your digital skills will turn a belief in equality into a visible and impactful force for change.

Your expertise as an illustrator, artist, or designer will give our advocacy a new dimension, making it more accessible and compelling to a global audience. See below for key skills and requirements.

* Visual Communication: Strong ability to tell a story through images, translating historical moments and feminist issues into a clear visual narrative.
* Illustration & Cartoons: Proven skill in creating original illustrations and cartoons, including developing distinct character styles.
* Animation (Desirable): Proficiency in animation software is a plus for brief, powerful clips.
* Graphic Design: Understanding of design principles and proficiency in software like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
* Adaptability: Ability to work within brand guidelines and adapt style for different digital platforms.

* Creative Roles: Previous experience creating visuals for a cause is advantageous.
* Social Advocacy: A passion for women's rights and understanding of the issues championed.
* Qualities: Empathy, reliability, proactiveness, and collaboration with a communications team.

What will you be doing?

You will be the driving visual voice of our campaigns, translating powerful stories and complex issues into engaging, shareable content for a worldwide audience. This role supports our educational campaigns and online advocacy, helping us reach a wider audience and inspire action. You should be committed to producing high-quality content aligned with our values of equity, justice, and empowerment.

As a Digital Superstar, your key activities include:

* Images & Illustrations: Designing compelling graphics, infographics, and static visuals for social media and our website.
* Videos & Animations: Creating brief, dynamic videos or animations for social media campaigns and the website.
* Cartoons: Developing short, impactful cartoons to communicate feminist issues.

Team & Collaboration

You will be part of a dynamic digital team, reporting to and collaborating with our Head of Communications and other content creators and advocates. Your perspective and creative skills will be valued in bringing our vision to life.

A volunteer with a strong portfolio showcasing ability to create engaging visual content. Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, animation software) and a keen eye for design. Above all, a shared passion for women's rights and a commitment to using creativity to make a tangible difference.
