As Senior Business Controlling and Transformation Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting Business Planning, Performance Analysis, Pricing, Reporting and Transformation activities across the UK and Ireland businesses. This role offers strong visibility and the opportunity to build trusted relationships, influence decisions, and help drive continuous improvement across Finance and the wider business.

Who are you?
You are a finance professional who combines sharp analytical skills with commercial awareness, turning complex data into actionable insight that informs business decisions, with proven impact on strategic decision-making and improved business performance.
8. A degree and professional accounting qualification such as ACA, CIMA, or ACCA
9. Strong experience in financial services, ideally within captive finance and/or leasing
10. You will have a “Restless Curiosity’ with a track record of supporting change, transformation, or process improvement initiatives
11. Proven capability in Business Partnering, FP&A, Business Controlling, and performance analysis
12. Experience in financial modelling, planning, reporting and using data to support decision-making
13. Analytical mindset, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to turn data into clear business insight
14. A proven “storyteller”, able to turn complex financial data into clear insight and action
15. You will have a passion for ‘Timely’ and ‘High Quality’ delivery
What you will do
16. Support month-end closing and reporting, delivering detailed analysis and clear narrative on business performance against plan
17. Play a lead role in business planning, using complex modelling and insight to challenge assumptions and guide decisions
18. Analyse financial information, trends and reserves to support performance reviews and planning
19. Turn complex data into clear insight, challenging business thinking and identifying opportunities
20. Lead pricing activity and support period-end closing and reporting
21. Engage with stakeholders at all levels, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leaders
22. Contribute to projects, governance, and internal control activities, ensuring actions are implemented effectively
Reporting directly to the Business Controlling and Transformation Manager, you will work closely Finance peers while partnering with commercial teams and senior business leaders across the organisation.
