Contract Manager – Sales & Operations
Chase Taylor Recruitment are working on behalf of a company to recruit an experienced Contract Manager to join their Sales & Operations team.
This is a full-time, client-facing role managing projects from enquiry through to installation and aftercare, specialising in aluminium folding doors, windows, and glazing systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage incoming enquiries via phone, email, and in person
* Qualify leads including scope, budget, and timelines
* Conduct site visits and client consultations
* Prepare accurate and commercially viable quotations
* Present and follow up quotes to secure orders
* Manage contracts and finalise project specifications
* Coordinate installations including scheduling and logistics
* Build relationships with contractors, architects, and stakeholders
* Support marketing and business development initiatives
Requirements
* Experience within construction, glazing, or fenestration
* Strong knowledge of aluminium doors, windows, and glazing systems
* Commercial awareness including pricing and margins
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable
* Experience with systems such as Schüco, Reynaers, or Smart Systems
* Knowledge of building regulations
* CAD or estimating software experience
