Role Overview
Usingcuttingedgeauctiontech - you’lltakechargeofsecuringsellersvaluingtheirpropertiesandgettingthemlistedswiftly.Onauctiondaysyouwillworkcloselywiththenegotiationteamtosellpropertiesoverthephonewhiletheonlineauctionistakingplace.
Key Responsibilities
* WorkfromourBirminghamoffice,collaboratingcloselywiththeAuctionNegotiators.
* Achievetargetlistingspermonth
* Conductpropertyvaluationsandprovideadviceonauctionpricesandmarkettrends.
* Buildandmanagerelationshipswithpropertyowners,advisingthemonthebenefitsofauctioningtheirproperties.
* Securepropertylistingsbyhandlinginboundcallsandadvisingpropertyownersaboutauctioningtheirproperties.
* Occasionallyinteractwiththirdpartiessuchasagentsorsolicitors.
* MaintainCRMsystemwithupdatedpropertydetailsandrelevantdocumentation.
Candidate Requirements
* Ideally,experienceinpropertyvaluationforauctionorsale.
* Alternatively,strongsalesexperiencewithawillingnesstobetaughtpropertyvaluationintheUK.
* Proventrackrecordofsuccessinsales,withafocusonproperty.
* Strongcommunicationskillsandtheabilitytobuildrapportwithclients.
* Abilitytoworkindependentlyandaspartofateam.
* Apositivemindsetwithafocusondeliveringresultsandexceedingexpectations.

* MustbebasedinBirminghamandabletoworkfromouroffice.
* Knowledgeofthepropertyauctionprocessisdesirable,buttrainingwillbeprovided.
