This is an excellent opportunity to lead installation operations across the South of England for a company known for their high-quality kitchen and stone products, where you'll play a key role in improving performance, customer satisfaction, and team stability. The company are a well-established fabricator and installer of bespoke kitchen worktops and surfaces, supplying high-end residential and commercial clients nationwide. Due to continued growth and internal restructuring, they're now looking for an experienced Installations Manager to oversee operations across the southern region. In this role, you'll manage teams of installers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You'll be responsible for scheduling, customer liaison, quality control, and health & safety compliance, as well as supporting the development of installation teams to drive consistency and retention. This role would suit someone with management experience in kitchen, worktop, or interior installations, who is confident leading field teams and maintaining high customer and quality standards.
