Job Title: Lead Systems Engineer

Location: North England - Lancashire based

Clearance Required: UK SC/DV (or willingness to undergo clearance)

Contract: Inside IR35 - Rate

We're seeking experienced Lead Systems Engineers to help design and deliver cutting-edge mission systems that support national defence. You'll join a specialist team working across the full engineering life-cycle - from concept to qualification - in a highly collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

* Lead and support systems engineering activities across the life-cycle
* Develop system architectures, define requirements, and support integration, testing, and certification
* Collaborate in agile teams and guide junior engineers
* Produce technical documentation and engage with stakeholders
* Contribute to planning, estimation, and tasking
