£445-£500 Weekly Pay (PAYE – No Umbrella Company)
New Directions Education is working with a SEMH provision in North Manchester that is looking for a SEMH Keyworker from December 2025 on a longer-term, full-time basis.
The School:
1. Provides dedicated support for children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them to engage positively with learning, build emotional resilience, and develop appropriate coping strategies.
2. Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ with Outstanding features, the school is recognised for its strong leadership, high-quality teaching, and commitment to pupil development.
3. An inspiring learning environment caters to the needs of every pupil with encouragement to succeed to the best of their ability at all times
The Role:
4. Full-time KS3/4 classroom support working with learners with SEMH needs
5. Small specialist classes of between 5-8 learners with SEMH needs – with a strong focus on teaching and learning
6. Working with other adults/ professionals – including outside agencies to promote the best possible bespoke support for the student and their needs
The Candidate:
7. Experience working with secondary aged pupils in a SEMH school or similar setting
