FIELD BASED ROLE; Are you an experienced Business Development Manager / Executive looking for a new exciting role? This is an amazing and potentially life-changing opportunity within an industry leader. You’re guaranteed £60,000 in your first year and OTE of £110,000, with top earners up to £150k+ and a car allowance of up to £5k or a company car, currently Tesla’s or other exciting electric/hybrid cars.
Our clients are an award-winning Health and Safety, HR, and Employment Law service provider with over 80 years in business, supporting business owners and senior leaders.
This is an excellent opportunity within a truly sales-led organization that has grown significantly and is looking for driven individuals eager to contribute to its growth.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Self-generating new leads, appointments, and referrals through daily business activities.
* Attending and closing your own sales appointments.
* Generating and attending meetings with potential introducers and referral partners.
* Achieving quarterly sales targets.
* Building, managing, and maintaining your sales pipeline.
* Working in a fast-paced, target-focused, high-energy environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 4+ years of experience selling solutions in a B2B environment (industry experience not required).
* Confidence in value-based and consultative selling.
* Ability to sell to diverse audiences including business owners, board members, and HR managers.
* Experience in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of weekly meetings.
* Previous field-based sales experience.
