Qualifications
* Level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification (essential)
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or senior practitioner role
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Lead and support a team of practitioners, ensuring high standards of care and education.
* Manage daily room operations, promoting a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
* Work closely with management to implement nursery policies and procedures.
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and external professionals.
* Support staff training and development to enhance performance and practice
