About the Role This role has become available following the planned retirement of a valued colleague, creating an exciting opportunity for a new Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. In this pivotal role, you’ll help shape the design, development and delivery of our People strategy. Working closely with leaders across the organisation, you’ll provide proactive support and expert HR guidance. From championing employee wellbeing and attracting top talent to advising on employee relations and leading cultural change, you’ll be a trusted partner helping our people and, in turn, our communities to thrive. The Successful Applicant We’re seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Confident working autonomously, you’ll bring strong HR expertise, sound judgment, and the initiative to deliver solutions aligned with our strategic goals. You’ll have solid knowledge of HR, employee relations, and employment law, along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. With a professional, proactive, and personal approach, you’ll earn trust across the organisation. Highly organised and detail-oriented, you’ll manage a varied workload; combining a collaborative approach with the ability to guide, influence, and drive positive outcomes.
