We’re currently representing a long-standing client of ours in their search for a Service Administrator. This is a fast-paced opportunity for an extremely organised, enthusiastic and progressive candidate to join their busy team.

The main responsibilities:
* Data cleansing of database, updating customer records, equipment records.
* Responsible for the service team inbox, and answering the phone as and where required.
* Booking in jobs for Service Engineers, and providing general administrative support to the engineering team.
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure that customer jobs are completed in a timely manner.
* Building relationships with customers, both existing and prospective, via a mix of email and over the phone.
* Liaising with manufacturer to register products for warranty, as well as completing any warranty claims with support from Service Manager.
We’re absolutely focussed on work ethic and a willingness to learn rather than any specific experience here- although work experience within a service-led role would be beneficial. ...
