The Opportunity We are hiring a Full Stack Developer to work across our entire product suite: CommsHub: secure digital communications & engagement Digital Vault: structured document storage & role-based access LegadoSign: compliant e-signing & workflow orchestration You will build scalable, secure systems used by regulated financial institutions, where reliability, auditability and performance genuinely matter. You will also work with the latest development tooling, including AI-assisted workflows (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot and similar tools) to enhance productivity and code quality. What You’ll Be Doing Designing and building high-quality full stack features across React and .NET Delivering secure, scalable APIs and web applications within Azure Working in two-week sprints within Azure DevOps Contributing to architectural decisions and technical strategy Writing robust unit and integration tests Advocating for quality, maintainability and low technical debt Collaborating closely with Product, Design and Engineering peers Supporting production systems and improving operational resilience Continuously improving engineering standards and ways of working You’ll be trusted with ownership, not ticket-taking.
