Job Description
3. Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate smooth employee transitions, including background checks, visa monitoring, and exit interviews, ensuring compliance with GDPR and company policies.
4. Reporting: Maintain HR data and reports, support cross-functional insights, and assist with compensation and benefits benchmarking.
5. Recruitment: Support hiring processes by liaising with recruiters, drafting job descriptions, and scheduling interviews.
6. Learning & Development: Assist with probation and appraisal tracking, and coordinate training aligned with regulatory and development needs.
7. HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, update policies and processes, and respond to general HR queries.
8. Integration & Inclusion: Promote company values and contribute to wellbeing and inclusion initiatives through active involvement in internal committees.
The Successful Applicant
9. Previous HR experience (2-3 years) in financial or professional services
10. Good grasp of employment law
11. Strong stakeholder management
12. Confident communicator to engage and influence
13. High level of emotional intelligence
14. Organised and adaptable with a high attention to detail
15. CIPD advantageous
