Benefits Manager– UK and Europe
London-based | Hybrid (3 days in-office)
Supporting ~650 employees across 4 countries
Our client is a global information provider with operations around the world across a number of market leading brands. This role is part of specialist benefits function that plays a pivotal role in delivering first-class health, retirement, and wellbeing programs. You’ll lead benefits operations across four European countries - driving strategy, managing vendors, and ensuring employee engagement figures remain at a high level.
Responsibilities:
Own daily benefits admin (healthcare, pensions, perks)
Coordinate the Benefits Administration platform, ensuring a seamless link with payroll and oversea the enrolment process
Lead one direct report and guide internal stakeholders
Troubleshoot escalated issues with care and creativity
Manage adhoc projects within the team
Expertise:
5+ years of benefits experience - ideally a combination of inhouse and consultancy
Detail-driven, solution-oriented, and great under pressure
Skilled with Workday, Darwin, and technically savvy
A people-first mindset and strong communication skills
