O’Neill and Brennan have an immediate requirement for an Assistant Site Manager based on a project in the Cambridgeshire area. This client is a reputable house builder who have a large plot of houses and require a steady assistant site manager to assist the site manager.
To be considered you must have displayed experience of working on large scale housing projects for a good duration of time
This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with a large volume house builder who due to their busy pipeline of projects can offer job security and can offer progression opportunities over time
The successful Assistant Site Manager candidate must have:
Worked with housebuilders on decent size schemes
Good all round experience with both internals and externals
The necessary site tickets (CSCS, SMSTS etc)
