Support enterprise backup platforms such as NetBackup, Networker, Avamar, and Rubrik, ensuring alignment with DR and resilience standards. Work closely with compute, network, and infrastructure teams to deliver seamless solutions. Create and maintain high-quality HLD/LLD documentation, implementation plans, and operational handover packs. Follow rigorous ITIL-aligned change control and governance processes.
