Currently rated as Outstanding with CQC, we're looking for a Care Home Manager to inspire and guide our established team in Stowlangtoft. Your Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home
Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
Particular focus and success on growing self pay occupancy
Ensure compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding, and clinical governance
Manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and continuous improvement
The Skills You'll Need:
Proven experience in managing a nursing or residential care home
Strong leadership and communication skills
Particular focus and success on growing self pay occupancy
Proven track record in the sector with strong commercial acumen
Clinical background (RGN/RMN/RNLD) essential
In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and best practices in elderly care
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
