As Room Leader, you will take responsibility for leading your room, ensuring high standards of care and education while supporting and guiding your team. Before You Apply This role requires a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum). You must have recent experience working in a nursery setting, ideally with room leadership or senior practitioner responsibilities.
