Reporting to the Financial Systems Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to work with corporate data that drives decision-making across the business. You’ll be at the heart of financial and non-financial performance reporting, manage key SAP processes, and support the procurement of capital goods and services. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a collaborative environment where your work directly contributes to the success of major infrastructure projects. What you’ll be doing: Create, manage, and maintain the financial data in corporate systems. Ensure SAP plan figures are accurately forecasted and balanced monthly. Ensure projects are financially settled and closed in corporate system. Investigate and interrogate capital SAP project issues including historic spend. Monitor and assist timesheets entry in corporate systems. Produce monthly financial reports. Chase suppliers for goods. Support performance measurement of cost capture performance. What you’ll bring: ✅ Strong experience in manipulating and analysing diverse data sets to drive business insights. ✅ Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise effectively and meet tight deadlines. ✅ Confident communicator, able to build trusted relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. ✅ Comfortable handling sensitive information and communicating with professionalism. ✅ Previous experience with SAP and other cost management systems is highly desirable.
