Job Title: Workplace Experience Manager
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Workplace Experience Host in London.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
Role Summary
This role focuses on delivering Workplace Services, emphasizing providing world-class experiences that align with CBRE's brand. Services may be performed directly or through third-party providers.
* Coordinate and support delivery of services including Front of House, Mailroom, Floor Ambassadors, and more.
* Manage community onboarding, event logistics, vendor relationships, and safety standards.
* Lead, motivate, and evaluate the Workplace Experience Team, manage schedules, and oversee performance reviews.
* Coordinate site-specific activities like VIP visits, client tours, and report preparation.
* Ensure safety, quality standards, and effective communication within the team and with external partners.
Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital tools and technologies.
* Experience managing front-of-house teams, with 2-4 years in management roles.
* Preferred: experience in facilities management or working with suppliers/contractors.
Additional Requirements
* Ability to work effectively in a team, lead initiatives, and manage multiple priorities.
* Strong organizational and reporting skills.
* Relevant qualifications or degrees are preferred.
