The Opportunity The firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its busy and well-regarded Wills, Trusts & Estates team. This is an excellent chance to take on a varied caseload, work directly with clients and develop strong local relationships within a friendly, supportive practice. Key Responsibilities Drafting Wills tailored to individual client needs Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) Administering Probate and Estates from start to finish Advising on Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning and Trusts Maintaining excellent client care and building long-term relationships Contributing to business development and the growth of the Private Client department Candidate Profile Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in private client law (relevant training seat experience considered for NQ candidates) A genuine interest in Wills, Probate, LPAs and Estate Administration Strong communication and organisational skills with a focus on client care, especially for elderly and vulnerable clients Ability to work independently and as part of a small, friendly team What’s on Offer?
