You will be part of our UK branch, located in Morpeth, near Newcastle upon Tyne, working with a dedicated team of 30 employees in the health and nutrition sector.
About the position
As Amazon Account Coordinator, you will manage and expand Pharma Nord's presence on Amazon across international markets. You will take ownership of our Amazon seller accounts, ensuring product listings are optimized and campaigns effectively drive sales while enhancing the customer experience.
Key responsibilities
* Daily management of Pharma Nord's seller accounts in multiple countries.
* Setting up new seller accounts in additional Amazon markets.
* Maintaining and developing product pages and our merchant shop on Amazon.
* Creating and implementing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
* Managing Pharma Nord's brand, trademarks, and Plus A content on Amazon.
* Reporting on performance, conducting A/B tests, and performing data analysis to optimize conversion rates and improve the customer experience.
We primarily use Helium 10 for our Amazon operations, with opportunities to shape and refine processes based on your expertise.
Location and work arrangement
This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Morpeth office (Pharma Nord, Telford Court, Morpeth, Northumberland, NE61 2DB). Daily presence at the office is required.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with experience managing Amazon seller accounts and/or PPC campaigns within digital sales environments. You should be comfortable navigating the Amazon seller space—from optimizing product listings to analyzing performance data. Familiarity with tools like Helium 10 is advantageous, and a knack for identifying opportunities to improve processes is key.
