Appointments & Patient Support
* Book, amend, and manage patient appointments using the clinical system.
* Support patients with accessing services, including online platforms where applicable.
* Assist with repeat prescription requests following practice procedures.
* Signpost patients to appropriate healthcare professionals or services.
Administrative Duties
* Update and maintain accurate patient records.
* File, scan, and process clinical documents and correspondence.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
* Support clinicians and management with routine administrative tasks.
* Process registrations, deductions, and patient documentation as required.
* Assist in maintaining organised and tidy reception and admin areas.
Teamwork & Service Quality
* Work collaboratively with reception, clinical, and management teams.
* Follow practice protocols to support safe and effective service delivery.

* Qualified to NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care
