You will be joining a well-established and growing infrastructure contractor as Site Supervisor delivering essential water and wastewater projects across the Northern Ireland Water Framework. Your New Role
As Site Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations across a programme of works in Northern Ireland.Working closely with the Project Manager, you will oversee site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will play a key role in driving performance and ensuringpliance with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.Duties will include:
1. Managing site operations across multiple projects
2. Supervising direct labour and subcontractors
3. Ensuring fullpliance with HSEQ standards and CDM regulations
4. Reviewing and implementing RAMS and conducting site inspections
5. Monitoring progress and reporting on programme, cost, and performance
6. Maintaining strongmunication with clients and stakeholders
7. Supporting project delivery across capital and maintenance schemes
8. Keeping accurate site records and attending project meetings
What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
9. Experience in a Site Supervisor role within water, utilities, civils or construction
10. SMSTS, SSSTS, or Supervisor qualification
11. First Aid at Work certification ideally
12. Strong knowledge of health & safety practices and CDM regulations
13. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
14. Excellentmunication and organisational skills
Desirable Criteria:
15. Experience within water or wastewater / MEICA projects
16. HNC (or equivalent) in Engineering or Construction
17. Relevant site certifications (CSCS, SHEA, Confined Space, etc.)
