Responsibilities
may vary, based on the team you land in. Typically though, at Director level, you will be responsible for:
1. Leading: you will lead a high-performing team striving for excellence
2. Process improvement: you will actively lead and drive projects to automate central processes
3. Analysis: you will enable the production of financial analysis and make rmendations through robust business modelling. You will be a leader-doer who is hands-on
4. Storytelling: you will consolidate financials and present in an engaging way to Executive leadership
5. Stakeholder management: you will business partner technical and non-technical audiences, supporting teams in realizing financial objectives and optimizing capital allocation
We tend to look for people with:
6. A strong background across one of, or abination of: Banking, Consulting, Fintech, Tech and/or other adjacent industries
7. Strong generalist experience across core finance activities such as: business partnering, capital allocation (FP&A) etc. with a track record of managing financial budgets, actuals, business cases, modelling and project coordination
8. MBA, CFA or CPA preferred
9. Experience in an International or Pan-European environment
10. Ability work in a fast paced environment with tight delivery targets
11. Able to work across numerous departments and subject areas to achieve amon goal
12. Able to manage the detail while retaining the bigger picture
