We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support our fitout and retail projects. You will play a key role in managing costs, ensuring project delivery within budget, and maintaining our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and forecasts
* Conduct cost analysis and risk assessments
* Manage subcontractor agreements and payments
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery
* Provide accurate and timely financial reports
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the fitout and/or retail sector
* Strong knowledge of cost management and contract administration
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
* Must live within a commutable distance to Plymouth
