Job Overview We are recruiting a Sales Development Representative to support the continued growth of a market-leading SaaS provider specialising in compliance and onboarding technology. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys consultative selling, engaging with senior stakeholders, and developing long-term client relationships.
Working within a B2B SaaS sales environment, you will introduce a technology platform that enables organisations to reduce risk, improve compliance, and streamline onboarding processes. You will play a key role at the front end of the sales cycle, generating qualified leads, booking and delivering system demonstrations, and supporting the conversion of prospects into subscription-based clients.
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Outbound Sales Identify and engage prospective B2B clients using CRM data, historic accounts, market research, and self-generated leads
Carry out structured outbound sales activity via phone, email, LinkedIn, and approved digital channels
Build a consistent pipeline of qualified new business opportunities
Solution Introduction & Business Development Introduce compliance, vetting, and onboarding software solutions, clearly communicating commercial and operational benefits
Engage with decision-makers across HR, Procurement, Compliance, Operations, and Senior Leadership
Identify business challenges and position the SaaS platform as a solution to improve efficiency, governance, and performance
Qualification, Demos & Conversion Secure a minimum of 15 qualified sales leads per month
Book and/or deliver product demonstrations and support the conversion of prospects into subscription clients
Earn commission on every qualified lead that progresses to a scheduled demo
Pipeline & CRM Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system
Manage follow-ups, renewals, and potential upsell opportunities
Re-engage dormant and historic contacts to generate renewed commercial interest
Professional Representation Deliver professional, consultative communication aligned with brand and compliance standards
Act as a credible and trusted first point of contact for prospective clients
Candidate Profile You will be a confident and articulate sales professional with a consultative approach and a results-driven mindset. Comfortable working towards targets, you will balance performance with a strong focus on customer experience.

Required Experience & Skills Experience in Sales Development, SDR, BDR, Telesales, Lead Generation, or Business Development
Background in a target-driven or KPI-led commercial role
Confident using CRM systems, email outreach tools, and LinkedIn for B2B engagement
SaaS, technology, compliance, or onboarding experience advantageous but not essential
Earnings, Training & Career Progression OTE £35,000+ achievable in Year One
