The role:
We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Procurement Practice in London. You’ll be part of a highly experienced team with more than 40 years of combined expertise in procurement recruitment. We welcome applications from 360 Recruitment Consultants within any professional services sector, as well as technical 360 Recruitment Consultants looking to transition into a new specialism.
To set you up for success, you’ll be given live roles from day one—helping you build confidence, see the rewards quickly and accelerate your understanding of the procurement market if it’s new to you. You will also benefit from access to Morson’s extensive client portfolio, supporting your business development efforts as you grow your own client base. Although we are a technical talent solutions business, you will have complete freedom to work across any industry sector throughout the South, with no restrictions.
Collaboration is at the heart of how we operate. You will work closely with our Manchester-based procurement team, who cover the North of the UK, to share insights, pool resources, and provide seamless, high-quality solutions to meet the complex needs of our clients.

What we need from you:
Experience of running a success 360 agency desk.
A desire to sell solutions and be a champion for the groups service lines.
A proactive approach in business development and securing long term client relationships.
A passion for building your own personal brand as an expert in Procurement and holding exciting industry events and roundtables.
A willingness to mentor those around you and share your knowledge.
