A leading insurer is seeking a talented Senior Internal Auditor to play a key role in delivering high-quality, risk-based assurance across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious auditor looking to broaden their experience and make a real impact within a dynamic, well-established audit function.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting a wide range of operational and risk-based audits across underwriting, claims, operations, finance and more
* Leading key elements of the audit cycle, including planning, walkthroughs, testing and reporting
* Identifying control weaknesses, assessing risk implications, and providing clear, actionable recommendations
* Building strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business
* Contributing to audit transformation initiatives, including the use of data analytics and emerging technologies
* Working independently or within a team environment, with occasional travel
What you’ll bring:
* 3+ years’ internal or external audit experience (ideally within insurance)
* Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
* Solid understanding of audit practices, insurance processes and relevant regulations
* Confidence using data analytics tools and Microsoft Office
