An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chartered Residential Surveyor (MRICS/FRICS Registered Valuer) to join a long-established and highly respected national surveying practice in a genuine partner-level capacity.

The Role
The successful candidate will undertake a varied workload including:
* Residential mortgage valuations
* Red Book valuations
* HMO and specialist valuations
* Level 2 Surveys
* Private client valuation work
* Relationship development with local agents, brokers, solicitors and professional contacts
* Supporting the continued growth of the regional business
The role is home-based with significant flexibility and autonomy.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants will have:
* MRICS or FRICS qualification
* RICS Registered Valuer status
* Residential valuation experience
* Commercial awareness and relationship-building ability
* Strong technical reporting standards
Experience within HMOs or specialist lending work would be advantageous.
