We are building our team and looking for a compassionate and motivated Support Worker to join us in Seaforth. This is a rewarding opportunity to work within a supportive community where every day you will help individuals regain confidence, independence and purpose.
About the role
As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting our residents, known as companions,on their journey from homelessness towards independent living. You will provide practical guidance, emotional support and access to training and development opportunities while helping to maintain a positive and supportive community environment.
Working closely with colleagues, volunteers and external agencies, you will help individuals overcome barriers, build life skills and move forward with confidence.
