The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a 3D Designer with exhibition or live event experience to develop engaging, visually impactful stand concepts and event environments.
Working closely with Creative Leads, Sales, Project Managers, and Production teams, you will take ownership of design projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring creative excellence and technical feasibility.
This role is ideal for a creative thinker who understands the exhibition build process and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design & Development
Develop high-quality 3D concepts for exhibition stands and live event environments
Translate client briefs into creative, engaging, and commercially viable designs
Produce compelling visualisations to support client presentations and pitches
Differentiate clearly between conceptual and production-ready design work
Project Collaboration
Work closely with sales, project management, and production teams throughout project lifecycles
Ensure designs are practical, buildable, and aligned with budgets and timelines
Manage your own design workload, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
Communicate design intent clearly to internal teams and stakeholders
Technical Design & Execution
Create accurate 3D models using industry-standard software
Support production teams with technical drawings and build-ready information
Adapt designs based on client feedback, technical requirements, and budget constraints
Contribute creative ideas and problem-solving solutions throughout projects
What You'll Bring
Minimum 1 year experience in exhibition or live event 3D design
Strong skills in 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience creating exhibition stands or event environments
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Creative mindset with strong problem-solving capability
Ability to manage responsibilities across multiple live projects
Desirable Skills
Experience creating flythrough animations
Understanding of exhibition stand construction and build processes
Ability to produce technical drawings
Knowledge of BeMatrix systems and components
Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and techniques
