Responsibilities
A day in the life of your new role
The role is outbound, B2C sales from internet generated customer enquiries, selling life insurance and other protection products.
The role will entail:
* Outbound B2C sales from internet-generated leads
* Sell life insurance and protection products
* Conduct fact-finds, provide quotes, and arrange policies over the phone
* Ensure compliance and deliver positive customer outcomes
* Embrace company values like integrity, resilience, and growth mindset
Hit individual sales targets and contribute to team success
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
* Excellent written, verbal & listening communication skills with a professional telephone manner
* Ability to communicate across a wide range of customers
* High attention to detail
* Experience working with a high volume of customers; Industries can include hospitality, sales and customer service
