What you will enjoy doing
1. In this role, you will supply BOC products and services to end users on key customer sites and support the On Site Customer Manager in achieving profitable growth - this role will be working at King's College hospital in London
2. You will maintain safe working environment (in line with On Site Customer Manager’s objectives)
Undertake order processing and delivery receipting of gas and related products in SAP
3. Furthermore, you will deliver to the point of use within a prescribed customer portfolio compressed gas cylinders, cryogenic liquids, gas equipment, safety products or any other element of the BOC product service offering, which may include driving a flatbed truck, pallet vehicle or Cryospeed vehicle or operating a fork lift truck
4. Additionally, you will support the On Site Customer Manager in coordinating BOC activities on site with the local area supply branches, DPC, SCC, CSC, Cryospeed, Special Products and ISS Gas & Gear
5. You will asssist the On Site Customer Manager in achieving the required revenue and profit targets through retention of the customer business portfolio and the acquisition of new and competitor business
6. Also support the achievement of KPI’s and service levels contained within the customer agreement
7. You will assist in managing the inventory on the customer’s site at the most cost efficient and effective levels ensuring customer ‘run outs’ of product
8. You will provide assistance in resolving customer queries and issues to ensure prompt, regular payment and attainment of prescribed debt targets
9. Also, you will maintain effective customer relationships with users of BOC products
and services on the customer’s site
10. You will identify and report any safety, health, environmental concerns on the customer’s site and operate within the customer and BOC’s safety guidelines
11. And lastly, you will report any competitor activity identified on the customer’s site
What makes you great
12. You have a knowledge of BOC products and services including industrial, medical and special gases, bulk liquids and Cryospeed, hard goods and safety products
13. You have experience of safe operating procedures in a manual handling environment
14. Additionally, you have full clean driving licence and appropriate categories where required licence
15. Experience of processing transactions in SAP
16. You have excellent customer relationship and communication skills
17. And lastly, GCSE level of education is required for this role
