Senior Social Worker – Assessment Team (Woking)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Social Worker to join our Assessment Team based in Woking.
Salary: £47,884 - £51,175 per annum, plus up to £6,000 financial package.
Working arrangements: home and office working with agile flexibility while staying connected to team.

Responsibilities
The assessment social worker engages with families and their support networks to understand presenting concerns, determine statutory service needs, and if not required, develop a lower level support plan. Key duties include consent-based practice, building strong relationships, and delivering child‑centred support.
Qualifications
* Qualified Social Work degree and Social Work England (SWE) registration
* Current UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel across Surrey works)
* ASYE completed within two years of qualifying
* UK social work experience
* Three years post‑qualified experience
