Blue Mountain Homes have an exciting new trainer role to join the training and development team. The Team are responsible for delivering colleagues training courses and qualifications throughout Blue Mountain Homes.
Blue Mountain Homes is a children's residential care company who pride themselves on delivering quality day to day care for children and young people up to 18 years of age.
You will be working closely with the Head of Training and Development to identify learner needs and delivering innovate and exciting training sessions.
You will deliver using arrange of resources and in line with internal and external standards and legislation.
We are ideally looking for a motivated and enthusiastic people person with expertise and experience of creating, delivering, and recording training sessions with groups of over 10 adult learners.
The applicant should have:
Experienced in delivering training.
Preferred Knowledge within Children's Residential Care.
Knowledge of or willing to undertake training of therapeutic parenting through PACE.
Confident and excellent communicator.
Be able to prioritise and multitask effectively
To work independently as well as part of a team.
Must be able to meet tight deadlines
Tenacious and passionate to help drive the quality of care.
Be able to support colleagues when needed.
Full manual driving licence with flexibility to travel if needed.
All applicants will be subject to a full DBS and reference check in line with safer recruitment guidelines.
Role: Monday to Friday 9.00am – 17.00pm
Full time permanent role
Salary: £31,000 per year dependant on experience
