Your Role Will Include:
* Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils' individual needs.
* Supporting pupils to make meaningful academic and personal progress.
* Providing regular assessment and feedback in line with school policies.
* Managing behaviour in a calm, consistent, and positive manner.
* Developing strong, supportive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
* Taking part in school activities and events as required.

Expected to have:
* QTS or a degree (for teaching)
* GCSE English and Maths (Grade C or above) or equivalent.
* Experience working with pupils with SEN. (NOT a requirement if you have a qualification in the above subjects)
* Teaching assistants must have previous experience
* Strong communication, classroom management, and ICT skills.
* A calm, patient, and compassionate approach.
* Commitment to inclusive teaching and safeguarding.

* An Enhanced DBS check on the update service (Or willing to apply through us)
* Two professional references from the last 2 years.
* Overseas Police Check (if applicable – for those who have lived outside the UK for 6+ months in the past 5 years).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
