* The successful candidate will manage their own varied caseload, with appropriate support from senior lawyers and experienced administrative staff.
* They place a strong emphasis on maintaining a manageable and sustainable workload, ensuring their lawyers are well supported and able to deliver high-quality work without undue pressure.
* This is a role with a clear focus on long-term progression.
* You will have the autonomy to develop your expertise, contribute to shaping the team’s client offering, and, as your career progresses, step meaningfully into supervisory, training, and relationship-building responsibilities.
