Sales Administrator | Elland
6-12 Month Fixed-Term Contract
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Are you an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes?

We are looking for a Sales Administrator on behalf of a growing and innovative business in Elland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team where no two days are the same.

If you enjoy building relationships, coordinating multiple tasks, and being a key part of the customer journey, this could be the ideal next step for you.

As a Sales Administrator, you'll play an important role in supporting customers, processing orders, and helping internal teams work together effectively.

The Role
As Sales Administrator, you'll support the wider customer account team with a variety of administrative and customer-focused duties, including:
10. Supporting customer accounts and handling day-to-day enquiries
11. Processing sample requests and production orders
12. Coordinating communication between customers, warehouse and operations teams
13. Preparing shipping and order documentation
14. Monitoring order progress and updating customers
15. Maintaining accurate customer records and data
16. Supporting reporting and invoicing administration

What we're looking for
17. Previous administration, customer service, retail or office experience
18. Good Microsoft Office skills
19. Strong verbal and written communication skills
20. Excellent organisation and attention to detail
21. Ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks effectively
22. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
23. Experience of order processing systems or Dynamics 365 would be an advantage, but not essential
