Team Leader
Pay: £13.50 to £14.50 per hour plus benefits

As a Team Leader, you will take on additional responsibility during shifts, supporting Team Members, upholding standards, and helping the leadership team deliver a consistent, safe, and welcoming experience for both Guests and Team Members.
You must be available to work weekdays and Saturdays, across mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Responsibilities include
* Lead and support Team Members during shifts across front and back of house
* Participate operationally in daily restaurant activities during service
* Help plan and run shifts to ensure smooth, efficient operations
* Act as a key holder and support opening and closing of the restaurant in line with company procedures
* Set the standard for hospitality, food quality, cleanliness, and safety
* Coach and support Team Members in role, reinforcing training standards and positive behaviours
* Support the training of new starters and role model best practice on shift
* Maintain a clean, safe, and Guest ready environment at all times
* Champion health and safety, food hygiene, and compliance procedures
* Communicate clearly with Team Members and managers to support shift priorities
* Escalate issues appropriately to managers when required
* Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude at all times
* Perform additional duties as required to support business needs
Physical and safety requirements
* This role includes manual handling tasks, including lifting items of up to 15kg
* Work involves standing for extended periods in a kitchen environment
