Job Description:
Salter Grange is now recruiting a Senior Building Services Manager to join a leading UK construction company renowned for delivering high-quality, sustainable projects across commercial, residential, and public sectors. We are seeking a Senior Building Services Manager to lead the building services contractor on site for a CAT B fit-out project in Central London with an MEP project value estimated at £30M.
As a pivotal figure within the team, the Building Services Manager will bring their extensive senior experience to bear on this project. You will take on the crucial role of overseeing the M&E design and delivery teams, ensuring that project specifications and requirements are met.

* Manage the delivery of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
* Oversee design implementation from RIBA Stage 2 to Stage 4, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
* Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure efficient installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
* Ensure compliance with UK building regulations, industry standards, and sustainability objectives, such as net-zero carbon and energy efficiency.
* Identify and resolve MEP-related issues during project delivery, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
* Implement innovative MEP solutions to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction
* Proven MEP experience in construction management, with a focus on delivering MOJ, Fit out and retail projects.
* Familiarity with design development from RIBA Stage 2 to Stage 4.
* HNC in Building Services, Electrical Engineering (HND, NVQ, or degree preferred).
* HNC/HND, NVQ, or degree in Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
